| The Feng Shui, is one of the factors that has fixed in China | |||
| the Value of the properties for but of 3,000 years; and still in | |||
| full XXI century it follows it making. | |||
| Unquestionably, it exists an increase or decrease in the Value | |||
| of a property, depending that the same one has a good one or | |||
| bad Feng Shui. | |||
| The objective of this study, is to achieve a corrective to the | |||
| market value of a Property that bounds this millennial Chinese art. | |||
